Ossid’s equipment lineup includes:

  1. NCL Overwrap Machines: Models 500IM and NextGen 500E, with production speeds of 40 and 60 packages per minute, respectively. This packaging style is ideal for poultry and fresh seafood, offering leak-resistant packaging with full wrap graphics.

  2. Stretch Overwrap Machine: The 500SI model produces 120 packages per minute, suitable for beef, pork, and produce. The film is folded and heat-sealed, ideal for drier proteins.

  3. Thermoforming Equipment: Includes six models with customizable options like film width and loading area. Capable of various packaging formats including equilibrium atmosphere, modified atmosphere, vacuum skin pack, vacuum seal, and shrink pack.

  4. Tray Sealing Equipment: Ranges from entry-level to high-volume machines, including the Retray 30, Re-Eco, Rematic series (150 and 250), and Remaster series. Offers packaging styles like tray lidding, gas flush, vacuum skin pack, and vacuum skin on board.

  5. Flow Wrapping Machines: Models include Reflow 50, Reflow 150, Reflow 200T, and Reflow 4S. Suitable for sealing deli meats, cheese, cookies, granola bars, and medical items.

  6. Vacuum Chamber Machines: Available in single, double, and belted chambers, suitable for cheese, deli roast, and produce.

  7. Weigh Price and High-Speed Labeling Equipment: Includes standard belted weigh price labelers, V-belt for odd-shaped items, tamper systems, and equipment for labeling both top and bottom of packages.

  8. Case Scales: Three models based on weight capacity and box size, capable of handling up to 45 cases per minute.

  9. Medical Thermoformers: Models 805, 8000S, 8000, and 8000M, customizable for any medical device package, integrating vision systems, printers, and date coding.
