Long-Dwell Flow Wrapper SeriesNEW
The Reepack ReeFlow 200 is a horizontal flow wrapper, specially designed for fresh food in Modified Atmosphere (MAP) packaging. This machine offers high production capacity and is equipped with the newest generation of the long-dwell sealing head, powered by one brushless motor. This technology provides flexibility and guaranteed quality hermetic seals. The Reepack ReeFlow 200 flow wrapper is available in standard or wide widths, and top or bottom sealing configuration.
The full stainless steel construction and cantilevered frame allows for easy sanitation. The machine’s design allows for each part of the machine to be easily disassembled for cleaning, making it ideal for the meat, cheese, and fresh food industries.
The ReeFlow 200 is extremely user-friendly and was designed to improve the operational work processes for both machine operation and maintenance, optimizing product changeover and sanitation time. This in turn reduces the installation’s total cost of ownership and increases the return on investment. This machine can be manually loaded or integrated into a fully automatic packaging line.
