500im Leak Resistant End-Seal Overwrapper
The 500im is a cost-effective end-seal overwrap machine, producing tightly wrapped case-ready packages at speeds up to 35 packages per minute. This intermittent motion overwrapper is ideal for poultry and seafood processors requiring lower package output, smaller budget, and/or a small footprint for their end-seal packaging needs.
The gripper chain system allows for narrower film widths, which decreases film costs in comparison other end-seal systems.
The Ossid 500im can store up to 50 tray programs allowing for easy product changeover in less than two minutes. Its servo-driven technology and microprocessors help reduce downtime and maintenance.
