As a Customer Care Manager at AET, I ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service by addressing their questions and concerns promptly. I also provide them with discounts on certain services, fostering strong relationships between AET and their companies. Our commitment is to take care of our customers, offering after-hour services whenever needed, whether it's in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning. If a customer needs something, we make sure they get it.
