I think the key to success is customer satisfaction. I think going out and actually looking to understand what the customer’s needs are whether its service, the machines, speeds, and everything. I think our success is from understanding exactly what the customer is looking for and being able to do that and being able to service our machines as quickly as possible. We have people strategically placed across the entire United States right now and North America. The ability to be able to get on site immediately to help these people out has been tremendous. It’s a selling point for us, several of our customers will talk about just how phenomenal our service is, and how we are able to take care of our customers.
