500Si High Speed Stretch Overwrapper
The 500Si is a cost-effective tuck and fold machine, producing tightly wrapped case-ready packages at speeds up to 120 packages per minute. By pairing the Ossid 500Si with the Ossid Weigh Price Labeler (WPL) 1500 Series, customers will see an increase in line efficiencies.
The gripper chain system consistently stretches films to produce tightly wrapped packages. Optional foam belts ensure protection of delicate products in a number of industries. Tuck and fold tray overwrap packaging is ideal for produce, low moisture proteins, and more. Servo driven technology and microprocessors reduce downtime and maintenance. This tuck and fold over-wrap machine includes sloped panels to eliminate standing water, improving the hygienic nature of machine.
