New equipment install support:

Our full time, factory trained field service technicians are routinely dispatched from either our Rocky Mount, NC plant or our service location in California, to provide installation/start-up assistance for new machines and conversions to existing equipment, as well as, emergency service when needed. On-site training of mechanics and operators by the field service technicians (both in the classroom and on the machine) is available through our Service Department. When necessary, the Ossid Engineering Department provides additional on-site support. In addition to your initial training, we provide training programs on a regular basis at our facility in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and our technical staff is always available to answer your questions.

The Aftermarket Services Department is responsible for providing "As Built" machine manuals, which are available in both hard copy, or USB. An optional "On Board" machine manual, via the operator touch screen, is available as well.
