Ossid Showcases New Solutions at IPPE 2026

Ossid (https://www.ossid.com/) will showcase its full range of packaging equipment for the protein and poultry processing industry, including the new CSX-251 Industrial Case Scale and the NextGen ReeMaster 1100 Automatic Tray Sealer, a proven solution from Reepack now available through Ossid, in Booth C-40131 during the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), January 27-29, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

Attendees visiting Booth C-40131will see two fully integrated packaging lines and several individual packaging solutions ideal for poultry and protein packaging.
End-of-Line Weighing and Sealing Solutions
The first line stars Ossid’s new CSX-251 Industrial Case Scale paired with an IPAK FS100 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer, a solution from fellow ProMach brand Wexxar Bel.
CSX-251 Industrial Case Scale
Ossid will be debuting its new industrial case scale solution at IPPE 2026. Engineered for food and non-food end-of-line applications requiring weighing, labeling, and case packaging integration, the CSX-251 Industrial Case Scale serves a wide range of industries from protein and produce to pet food and manufacturing sectors like hardware and automotive.
The CSX-251 can be configured as:
- A case weighing and labeling system
- A case check-weighing and reject system
- Or a combination of both
This end-of-line scale is available in three standard conveyor lengths, 29", 36", and 48", with custom lengths available upon request.
The CSX-251 has been completely redesigned to deliver advanced technology and extended service life, featuring customer-focused elements like an intuitive interface and maintenance-friendly design. Built for flexibility, these systems can start as standalone units and seamlessly evolve into fully integrated lines, supporting growth as your operations expand.
Wexxar Bel’s FS100 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer
Purpose-built for protein processors, Wexxar Bel’s FS100 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer combines heavy‑duty construction, servo‑driven technology, and a user‑friendly touchscreen interface to deliver consistent, high-volume output. The FS 100 handles a variety of tray sizes and styles for reliable performance in demanding environments.
Additional components on Production Line 1 include a pack station, metering conveyor, labeling conveyor, label applicator, and case rejection station.
High-Speed Overwrapping and Precision Labeling
The second line showcases Ossid’s 500Si High-Speed Stretch Overwrapper and the NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler with a reject station.
500Si High-Speed Stretch Overwrapper
This reliable tuck-and-fold machine produces tightly wrapped, case-ready packages at speeds of up to 120 trays per minute. The 500Si High-Speed Stretch Overwrapper uses a gripper chain system to stretch film evenly and consistently.
Servo-driven technology and advanced microprocessors reduce downtime and maintenance, while sloped panels enhance hygiene by eliminating standing water. With a compact footprint ideal for space-constrained environments, the 500Si can accommodate a variety of eco-friendly film and tray materials and operates without the need for air or water utilities.
NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler
Designed for high-speed packaging lines, the NextGen 2115 Weigh Price Labeler is capable of labeling up to 180 packages per minute. Approved by the National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) for accuracy, it features a modular design that supports shorter lead times and faster delivery.
The NextGen 2115’s advanced hybrid control system integrates machine controls and software into a single processing unit, enabling faster weighing, processing, and labeling. Equipped with Smart Print technology, the NextGen 2115 increases throughput by 20-40% by eliminating label stock retracking and optimizing efficiency and reliability.

NextGen ReeMaster 1100 Automatic Tray Sealer
Ossid is now offering Reepack’s line of state-of-the-art automatic tray sealers, the NextGen ReeMaster Automatic Tray Sealer Series. This tray sealer series is designed to set new standards of efficiency and precision in fresh food production. At IPPE, the ReeMaster 1100 will demonstrate efficiency, precision, and reliability in fresh food production in medium- to large-scale operations in high-output environments.
Key features include Allen Bradley controls, servo-driven indexing conveyors and side grippers for accurate tray positioning, a stainless steel washdown frame for superior sanitation, and an open-frame design for easy maintenance. A tool-free, semi-automatic die-set changeover minimizes downtime and boosts productivity.
User-friendly controls include a 12-inch full-color HMI touchscreen and proprietary software for simplified recipe management. The NextGen ReeMaster supports simple sealing, modified atmosphere packaging, and vacuum skin packaging, and handles all types of preformed heat-sealable trays and flat cardboards. Its automatic out-feed modular belt integrates seamlessly with metal detectors, weighing, and labeling systems, and connects easily to Ossid or third-party equipment.
NextGen 500E Leak-Resistant End-Seal Overwrapper
Ossid’s leak-resistant end-seal packaging solution sets the standard for cost-effective, high- or low- profile case-ready packaging. It delivers tightly wrapped packages at speeds up to 60 packages per minute and uses 5-10% less film than non-gripper chain systems. The NextGen500E Leak-Resistant End-Seal Overwrapper easily handles a wide range of tray sizes and types, including traditional foam, compostable, and clear plastic roll flange trays. Left- and right-hand configurations are available to fit your processing setup. With its compact footprint, the NextGen500E is ideal for space-constrained environments.
ReepackReeForm E40 Thermoformer
Featuring new Rockwell automation controls and a user-friendly control panel, the ReepackReeForm E40 Thermoformer is designed for both large and small production runs using vacuum skin and modified atmosphere packaging. Its stainless steel frame supports easy sanitation in washdown environments, while an open-frame design provides easy access for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
