The 500Si stretch overwrapper rated at up to 120 trays per minute
The 500Si high speed stretch overwrapper produces tightly wrapped, attractive, case ready packaging at speeds of up to 120 trays per minute. This unit excels on high volume overwrapping production lines that do not require leak resistant packaging.

Ossid technology minimizes the use of film, which helps to significantly lower operating costs. An intuitive HMI and electronic motion control ensures rapid, tool-free changeover for high throughput. The open stainless steel frame makes it easy to work on and to clean. The 500Si has a relatively small footprint for optimum use of floor space.

The 500E offers leak resistant overwrapping at 65 trays per minute
For packaging lines producing high volume leak resistant case ready packaging, Ossid displays the 500E leak resistant overwrapper. This machine is rated at up to 60 tightly wrapped high or low profile trays per minute.

The 500E produces trays with a welded, trimmed center seal, allowing for easy printing on both the top and bottom of packages. This machine features electronic motion control for rapid, accurate changeover. Similar to the 500Si, Ossid offers an automatic indexer that turns these machines into one-operator production stations.

The 500im is ideal for companies stepping up to automated leak resistant tray overwrapping
The 500im (intermittent motion) leak resistant stretch overwrapper gives companies the opportunity to automate at an affordable price. The 500im is rated at up to 35 trays per minute. The 500im delivers quality leak resistant tightly wrapped low or high profile case ready packages. Servo-driven technology reduces downtime and maintenance cost while speeding up changeover. The 500im features an open stainless steel frame and a number of standard and optional features.

The 1500 series weigh price labeler delivers high throughput
The 1500 series weigh price labeler is designed to improve the productivity of a case ready packaging line with accurate and flexible label placement at speeds of up to 120 trays per minute. The machines in this series are ideal for weighing, pricing, and labeling packages with contours such as those containing poultry or ham.

The 1500 series can place both top and bottom labels up to 4 x 5 inches in size with true type fonts and graphics. The series is capable of printing 21 different bar code symbologies, including 2D. A physical contact finger tamp system ensures accurate label placement on each package. The 1500 series connects to business systems and allows automatic order processing and tracking, remote user training, off-site maintenance, software upgrades, and more. This series has proven itself in the most demanding environments.
