Reepack ReeFlow 50 Horizontal Flow Wrapper
The ReeFlow 50 Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a robust, rotary motion packaging machine that brings a hygienic and flexible solution to the food and medical device industries. The machine operates by packaging items with three sides of sealing, while also cutting down changeover time between package format types.
Engineered as an entry-level machine, the ReeFlow 50 is built with a fully stainless-steel cantilevered design that is easy to access, clean, and maintain. The ReeFlow 50 is available in both top and bottom seal formats, and with standard and wide widths to accommodate a variety of applications.
The machine comes with a standard photocell; no product, no bag sensors for less film waste. It is built with three independent pairs of rollers for optimal longitudinal sealing. Additionally, the ReeFlow 50’s HMI with 7” color screen can store up to 100 recipes, and can reach speeds packaging up to 180 products a minute. Reepack also has a high-speed rotary motion flow wrapper (ReeFlow 100) that can reach speeds up to 500 products a minute.
Reepack ReeTray 30 Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer
Joining the ReeFlow 50 at WestPack is the Reepack ReeTray 30 Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer, an ideal machine for small to medium size food manufacturers and processors. It can perform three types of sealing: ambient tray sealing, MAP and VSP applications. The ReeTray 30 features a chambered system for packaging products in lidding/VSP trays, as well as flat cardboard (VSP skin on board applications).
The machine is built with stainless-steel construction, manual or semi-automatic drawer feed, and interchangeable tooling for fast changeover between tray sizes.
