Reepack ReeTray 30 Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer

The Reepack ReeTray 30 is a semi-automatic tray sealer, ideal for small to medium size processors packaging ready-to-eat meals. The ReeTray 30 specializes in three types of sealing—ambient tray sealing, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), and vacuum skin packaging (VSP).

Featuring a chambered system for packaging products in lidding/VSP trays and flat cardboard (VSP skin on board applications) allowing this system to be used by larger processors who test market products in laboratory settings prior to new product launch.

Reepack ReeForm Thermoformer Series

The Reepack ReeForm Thermoformer Series is another option for ready meal packaging applications. Thermoformers allow for processors to eliminate trays from their storage space, material spend, and create a reliably sealed flex-flex or semi-rigid package for their products.

In addition to tray sealers and thermoformers, Ossid offers high speed print and apply labelers for integration into existing or new packaging lines.
