In-Motion Case Scale System - CS5000 Overview

The CS5000 is much more than just a scale - it is a complete integrated system on its own. This in-motion case scale system is capable of weighing and labeling cases up to 24 inches in length and up to 150 lbs with much higher accuracy than typical case scales. This allows manufacturers to weigh individual product cases requiring greater tolerance than +/- 0.1 lbs. It integrates a flexible control system and Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine that allow seamless integration into almost any production line.

The complete system consists of a box/tare station, a pack station, a weigh station, a control station and a case label print and apply station to give you a truly integrated solution. A case chute and diverter are also available to give you total control of your casing operation. The case scale system can be used in any type of facility from mail delivery to poultry production and more. As with all Ossid equipment, the CS5000 is built to last with durable heavy gauge stainless steel construction. It is also available in a wash-down version for the harshest environments.
