Everything about the 500S High Speed Overwrapping Stretch Wrapper makes it a superior stretch wrapping machine. We built into it features that make it easier to operate, more productive, more versatile and easier to maintain. Any serious comparison between the 500S and any other machine will prove it to be more of what you want and, in the long run, a much better value.

When we designed the 500S High Speed Overwrapping Stretch Wrapper, we put a high priority on making sure it would perform above and beyond the highest expectations of the industry. Instead of 40 gauge feed chain, we used 50. Instead of aluminum, we use stainless steel.

In nearly every instance, we used materials that were 25% stronger than they had to be. The result is equipment that lasts longer, is more reliable and requires fewer repairs. We also designed the 500S so it would be easy to service. Many components are part of "assemblies" that are easily removed, serviced and replaced. Plus, we keep a complete inventory of all parts available for immediate shipment.

• Automatic Indexer - further simplify operation and reduce your operating costs by turning your machine into a high-efficiency, one-operator production station. Our automatic indexer replaces the standard in-feed on the 500S and provides for automatic, controlled operation of the 500S. It saves you the cost of one operator, plus virtually eliminates misfeeds and other operator errors. The PLC (programmable logic controller) is electronically and mechanically linked to the 500S and provides accuracy and reliability at any speed.
• Sealing Unit - Our sealing unit is built to the same demanding specs as the 500S and is designed for long lasting reliability. It seals PVC stretch or Cryovac shrink film and is designed to provide a complete seal with the utmost in consistency and reliability. Operation is simple and speed and pressure are fully adjustable.
