Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine 8000S

The 8000S Thermo Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine is the newest machine from Ossid. An American made solution ideal for medium to high production output rates up to 20 cycles per minute at a lower cost. Built from the ground up by Ossid with input by a wide range of our form fill seal customers, it has the ability to produce a variety of package types including Flexible Packaging, Foil-Foil Packaging, Semi-Rigid Packaging, Rigid Packaging, Ambient Packaging, Vacuum Packaging, Modified Atmosphere Package (MAP), Recloseable Packaging and more.

The 8000S consists of thermoforming and sealing presses, a continuous formed-web clamping and conveying system, a servo motion controlled web conveying drive, two 3" or 6" core supply mandrels and web feed assemblies, a waterproof electrical control cabinet, a quickly adjusted machine index, and electrical-interlocked guards for operator protection.
