The 4000MH Thermo Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine is an American made compact solution ideal for increased production output rates up to 20 cycles per minute at a lower cost. Formerly known as the Mahaffy & Harder SureFlow Model 4000, it has the ability to produce a variety of package types including Flexible Packaging, Foil-Foil Packaging, Semi-Rigid Packaging, Rigid Packaging, Ambient Packaging, Vacuum Packaging, Modified Atmosphere Package (MAP), Recloseable Packaging and more.

The 4000MH consists of thermoforming and sealing presses, a continuous formed-web clamping and conveying system, a servo motion controlled web conveying drive, two 3" or 6" core supply mandrels and web feed assemblies, a waterproof electrical control cabinet, a quickly adjusted machine index, and electrical-interlocked guards for operator protection.
