This product line offers protein packaging operations the flexibility of multiple formats. The FP produces thermoformed vacuum skin pack, vacuum, and modified atmosphere packaging, and was recently qualified by Sealed Air to utilize the company’s Cryovac® 10K VSP permeable film for seafood packaging. The midrange FP420 demonstrated at Pack Expo
The FP family includes three models, the FP360, FP420, and FP600, each designed for increasingly higher levels of throughput. All share common traits that can be seen on the model FP420 demonstrated at Pack Expo. The FP420 thermoformer operates at between 5 and 10 cycles per minute, midrange for the family. The FP420 conforms to IP 65 washdown standards. These machines are easy to operate and fast to changeover – less than 30 minutes. The FP family of thermoformers includes production reporting capabilities and the option for secure remote diagnostics.
