Michael Rogers Advances to Customer Service Manager at Ossid

Rogers reports to the General Manager and manages the Overwrap and Tray Sealing Technical group. Ossid designs and manufactures weigh-price labelers, overwrappers, tray sealers, horizontal form-fill-seal machines, and in-motion case scales for the food and medical device industries, as well as for consumer goods.

Rogers is a PMMI Certified Trainer as well as an accredited Six Sigma Green Belt. Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement, seeking to improve the quality of production by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing inconsistencies in manufacturing and business processes.
